SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

At Norfolk Lights & Hydroponics Centre Ltd, we want you to be happy with your purchase - that's why we offering a no quibble guarantee.

However, unfortunately the shipping is non-refundable. You must also be aware that returns, paid originally by credit/debit will be subject to a nominal fee of £3.00 to cover the bank charges when refunds are issued.

If an item proves faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we may arrange the best method for returning the order to us, we will send a replacement, upon receipt of the faulty items.
