Norfolk Lights & Hydroponics Centre want you to be happy with your purchase, that's why we offer a no quibble guarantee.
We offer a 7 day cooling off period. However, shipping is non-refundable on items that are not faulty or are delivered within our time limits as stated under the 'delivery information'.
If an item proves faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we may arrange the best method for returning the order to us, we will send a replacement, upon receipt of the faulty items.
You must also be aware that returns, paid originally by credit/debit will be subject to a nominal fee of £3.00 to cover the bank charges when refunds are issued for products that are not deemed faulty.
