OPTIONS ON HOW TO PAY

Just Follow the simple instructions, when you get to the checkout. 

1)      CREDIT/DEBIT CARD – Decide Online.

a)      Select CREDIT/DEBT CARD for your payment to be verified by  Protx who are an internationally secure payment provider, you are able to order with complete confidence on our SSL secured server which ensures no one can encrypt any information supplied.  

 b)      Select PAYPAL – If you wish to pay through your paypal account.  Enter your card details in the usualy way.

 c)      Select TELEPHONE – 01603 666199 – Book Online or just give us the details over the phone, if you prefer to speak with someone personally - you can select this option then just leave us your phone number or contact us – Once we have processed the  card details by phone and confirmed the total payment before the order is processed ‘cardholder not present’.

 d)      Select FAX – 01603 666238 – Book Online and just send us your card details by fax or alternatively put everything on a fax to us and we’ll fax you back with all the details before we process your order so you can be sure exactly what is costing and have all the information in front of you.

 2)  CASH / BANKERS DRAFT or POSTAL ORDERS – You can obtain a special delivery envelope from the post office and send direct to us at NLHC Ltd, Unit 2, Guardian Road Industrial Estate, Norwich, Norfolk, NR5 8PF.

To arrange a banker’s draft – please contact your bank.

Alternatively, you can go to your bank and pay direct into our account – Please contact us for details by either telephone, e-mail or fax.  

3)  CHEQUE

Please place your order online and select the CHEQUE option at the   payment age.   Pop your cheque (payable to:  Norfolk Lights & Hydroponics Centre Ltd) in the post to us:  Unit 2, Guardian Road Industrial Estate, Norwich, Norfolk, NR5 8PF. 

Upon clearance of your payment, we will deliver the goods (usually 5/6 working days to the UK) but we aim to deliver within 72 hours.
