DELIVERY INFORMATION

Norfolk Lights & Hydroponics Centre, will be putting in place several modifications to give you various information and ease of accessibility so you can order with confidence either through our web page or directly by telephone (01603 666199) /  Fax (01603 666238) whereby we can be of direct help.

We are here every day except Sunday but refer to our ‘contact information and hours of opening’ for further details of opening hours.

 We offer the following services to ensure everything runs as smoothly as humanely possible.

1)  Every order will be confirmed by E-mail (or telephone) - Unless, of course, you ask us specifically not too.

2)       Deliveries to the UK from just £3.95 and Europe from just £19.95 (all inclusive)  you can be sure we are competitive.

 3)       We only use REPUTABLE transport, whereby we can trace and TRACK ANY CONSIGNMENT.

4)  All items are sent in plain paper packaging and you will only see our initials (NLHC) on your statements/paperwork.  

5)    All consignments are INSURED.

6)  OPTIONS FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY for a small surcharge (providing payment made by debit card / cash, before 12.30 noon on the day prior to which the delivery is requested)

USUALLY WE EXPECT TO DELIVER WITHIN 3/5 WORKING DAYS BUT MOST TO THE UK BUT MOST ARE DELIVERED WITHIN 48 HOURS.  TO EUROPE, PLEASE ALLOW 7/10 WORKING DAYS BUT DEPENDING ON THE COUNTRY MOST CONSIGNMENTS ARE DELIVERED MUCH SOONER.

IF YOU BOOK ON A FRIDAY, BEFORE NOON AND REQUIRE DELIVERY ON SATURDAY, THIS CAN BE ARRANGED FOR OPTIONS SHOWN AT THE CHECKOUT, FOR AN ADDITIONAL SURCHAGE
