The Maxibright Compact Mk2 has been completely redesigned to deliver even greater performance than its very successful predecessor. It's now even smaller measuring just 21 x 10 x 11cm and now is built using Venture control gear - full encapsulated with an injection moulded resin case (sealed in resin) which ensures silent running and is why these ballasts are considered 'tops' and with thermal protection and an electronic SMART timed ignitor and double earth insulation, these elements all provide for cooler operation.
The Maxibright MK2 Power Pack unit will run both Sodium and Metal halide lamps and are available in 250w, 400w, 600w and 1000w units.

The MaxiBright Compact Power Pack 600W is the UK's best value ballast. Popular due to their competative price and trouble-free relaible operation.
The most distinguishable feature of the Compact power pack is that it does not have a metal case. Instead, after manufacture, the power pack is potted into a ‘hard setting’ resin. This resin encapsulates the heat generated from the core and coil power pack, which allows heat to be transferred more efficiently to the power packs surface.(so it gets hot to the touch).
The compact power pack is extremely quiet. This is due to the high quality venture components and the insulating properties of the resin filled units.
The Compact power packs have a sliding back plate and corner holes, which enables you to wall mount them. Wall mounting keeps wires and cables off the floor for a safe and tidy grow room. Never put any power pack on a carpeted floor, if you don’t want to wall mount the power pack put it on a brick or raised hard surface.
One- year guarantee, In the rare event of the Compact power pack failing to work properly, we offer a like for like replacement in the first year after purchase.

year 2/3 a returned to base service is supplied, (excluding fuses and tampering); in which the unit will be collected and re-delivered after repair and servicing, no delivery cost is charged for this service.
