When your plants are under attack from mites you need to act quickly, if not dealt with promptly the first effect you can expect to see will be an alteration in the plants metabolism. When there is injury to the leaf cuticle it results in water stress and reduced ability to utilize light.  In severe cases of injury, it is necessary to reduce the light intensity as not only is the extra light wasted, it also stresses the leaves as they in turn lose their ability to cool themselves down when they have been injured by mites.  

Once the injury has occurred it cannot be repaired.  If it occurs early in the plants life, then you can at least grow them on for a bit longer to replace the leaf area that has been lost.  However, if the damage occurs during the bloom period then do not panic because Norfolk Lights & Hydroponics have the answer with safe organic spray which can be used up to the day before harvest.
